Registering your practice is for Pediatric, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine Offices that are interested or currently participating in Pediatric Federation's Vaccine Purchasing Program.
Before we get started on registering your practice, there are a few things we would like to explain:
- The Information we gather here is the minimum required to participate in the Vaccine Purchasing Program. With that in mind please fill out as much as possible to avoid us have to call for additional information.
- We currently are asking for contact information for two (2) people from your practice. [We call them Pediafed Liaisons]
- A physician with a DEA# is required for ordering and account setup for the vaccine manufacturers
- We require an office administrator or manager to help us better communicate with each practice and assist in the dissemination of information.
- We are also requiring that each liaison [Physician and Office Admin] have a unique e-mail address. The reason we require this is because E-mail is a very cost effective communication tool. It allows us reduce the overhead to operate Pediatric Federation and in turn increase your over all rebate at the end of the year.
