To All Partiicpating Practices-
We have received a number of inquiries about compliance requirements under our contracts with Sanofi Pasteur, Merck and MedImmune.  Please watch for a mailing with details and updated pricing grids.   Compliance (100%) is required to remain a participating office under our very beneficial contracts.  This includes all products except Adult Hepatitis A vaccine and influenza vaccines.  Menactra and ActHIB (Sanofi Pasteur vaccines) remain as products that require compliance.  All Merck products require compliance except PedVaxHIB.   We know that competing manufacturers and other group purchasing organizations have visited our offices stating that 100% compliance is not required, which is not true.  Our organization offers the best program available; if you have any questions please contact us.
We are very excited about our upcoming Request for Bid that will go out to all vaccine manufacturers this summer.  Our combined buying power has been very effective in obtaining and maintaining significant discounts.  These discounts together with our rebate return, give our offices maximum benefit.  Participating offices will receive voting information this fall.
