Just a brief reminder as new products have been approved by the FDA.  Our Merck contract is based on compliance as well as volume.  We are currently allowed to purchase Havrix (GSK-HepA) as Merck is unable to supply Vaqta.  As other competing products become available (rotavirus - GSK), I would like to remind everyone that we can not purchase an alternate rotavirus vaccine and remain compliant.  Merck pricing would increase for all of us.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me [Kathy] directly, or use our contact us form.

Just a short note to let everyone know that Sanofi Pasteur has extended the Fluzone adjustment period until January 25th, 2008.  If you need to add or subtract from your initial prebook, you have until January 25th.

As everyone is aware, several routine childhood immunizations are in short supply, or are not available.  All pediatricians are affected by these shortages.  If you are a participating office in Pediatric Federation, please log in to read more about these shortages, and review the price grid revised today- prices have gone down!

We have completed the important process of selecting our contracts which begin January 1, 2008.  Thank you to all the offices returning ballots - almost 700 physicians responded!  Our current vaccine lines have been retained by the membership.  To see details regarding the results, partcipating offices who have registered their practices on this website can click this link.  If you have not yet registered your practice- please do!  You will be able to access important information for participating offices only.  Thank you!

Ballots and all supporting information for the 2008 vaccine contracts have been mailed to those offices participating in our group vaccine purchase program.  They have a bright, florescent sticker stating "Ballot Enclosed"- they are not junk mail!  If you participate in our vaccine buying group and have already received a password for this website, please click here for more details- we have a great vaccine pricing evaluation spreadsheet available for you to download.  If you belong to our group and have not yet registered your practice on this website, please click here to register your practice and receive your password so you will be able to access the private, password protected pages.  Please watch for the envelope and return your ballot promptly.  Thank you!
